Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Four Seasons Sayan was a mixed experience. The breathtaking surroundings and warm hospitality created a magical vibe, but some aspects, including the service and room upkeep, left a bit to be desired. While the yoga and spa offerings were highlights, I encountered significant issues that made me question the value for money.
My stay at the Four Seasons Sayan was truly unforgettable! The luxurious vibe made us feel like royalty, and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. While the hotel's secluded location offered tranquility, it was a bit of a trek to get into town. On top of that, the breakfast was good but rather pricey; still, the exceptional service and amazing amenities left us very satisfied.
Our stay was truly magical! From the stunning arrival ceremony with tropical drinks to the breathtaking views and exceptional amenities, every moment was a delight. The staff were remarkable and treated us like royalty, making our honeymoon unforgettable. While the location was perfect for relaxation, we had a bit of trouble getting taxis into nearby towns due to higher than usual rates. Overall, this resort is a luxurious escape that I highly recommend.
Our stay was highlighted by the stunning grounds and relaxing ambiance, but we faced various challenges with service and room maintenance. While the location by the river was beautiful, the lack of privacy in certain areas and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience. We had moments of enjoyment, especially at the cooking class, but overall, it felt a bit underwhelming for a high-end resort.
Our experience at the resort was truly mixed. Initially, we were excited to check-in after a wonderful stay elsewhere, but we found the family suite to be a disappointment, especially given its higher price. While the surrounding property was stunning and peaceful, the service let us down, making us feel overlooked. The food, however, was excellent and the location unbeatable, nestled among the breathtaking rainforest and by the river.
